PURPOSE OF POSITION

To perform basic welding to include fit-up and tack welding along with the ability to weld a complete array of weldment configurations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. More specifically, this person will:

  • Be familiar with steel fabrication, assembly, and typical shop tools (such as drill presses, shears, press breaks, and cutting torches).
  • Be able to properly read and use a tape measure.
  • Weld using MIG/Pulse processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a sander and grinder.
  • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, weld symbols and diagrams to determine critical dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools.
  • Read and comprehend blueprints, process routings, and schematics for installation of various truck and body components – large and small –onto truck chassis using torch, welder, winches, and hand tools.
  • Performs re-work as required.
  • Provide quality and timely workmanship on each work order and maintain daily time standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established safety and quality procedures

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Shipping and Receiving Associate will prepare and document items that are to be shipped to customers (domestically and internationally) as well as document all incoming shipments. Make sure that incoming items are received into the inventory system accurately and delivered to the appropriate location within the building.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver unparalleled customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in the movement of product into and out of the building.
  • Track both physical and systematic in-house product movements accurately.
  • Pull various parts for work orders in a timely manner.
  • Review records for accuracy of information and compliance with Company procedures.
  • Participate in special and periodic inventories.
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
  • Respond to internal customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes and or cancellations.
  • Data entry with production entries for items manufactured in house for parts orders, stock and work orders.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Mixes and applies paint including an understanding of the techniques of spray painting, paint preparation/washing, and caulking including touch-up and repair work.  Responsible for loading parts on and off the line using a forklift, if necessary.  Must be knowledgeable in the safe and proper use of tools and equipment. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards and make adjustments as necessary. 
  • Set up and operate machines to paint or coat products with such materials as silver and copper solution, rubber, paint, glaze, oil, or rustproofing materials.
  • Start and stop the operation of machines using levers or buttons.
  • Determine paint flow, viscosity and coating quality by performing visual inspections.
  • Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings or paints.
  • Select appropriate coatings, paints or sprays and prepare them by mixing substances according to formulas using automated paint mixing equipment.
  • Record operational data on specified forms.
  • Operate pumps to mix solutions and fill tanks and perform test runs to ensure that equipment is set up properly.
  • Hold or position spray guns to direct spray onto articles and perform touch-up painting using paint brushes.   
  • Place items or products on feed racks, spindles, or reel stands to coat, paint or spray using hands, hoists or truck lifts.
  • Clean machines and related equipment and work areas using water, solvents, and other cleaning aids.
  • Attach hoses or nozzles to machines using wrenches and pliers and make adjustments to obtain the proper dispersion of spray.
  • Properly dispose of any steel that needs to be recycled.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Electrical Technicians help create, maintain and repair the electronic components and equipment used in the operation of our mixers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble control boxes, looms, and panels.
  • Look at electrical blueprints and grids and scan them for issues, making sure that they work before installation.
  • Work with wires, using hand tools, and handling small components requires manual dexterity.
  • Be able to identify issues and make corrective measures to fix problems with electrical components.
  • Prepare enclosures for installations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Work in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and Director of Operations to perform maintenance on various machines in a production environment as well as troubleshoot other mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues that may arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. More specifically, the person will: 

  • Management of preventative maintenance program.
  • Perform electrical repair work knowledge of 110, 240, and 480V wiring for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances.
  • Repairs to lighting systems.
  • Inspect electrical systems for unsafe conditions.
  • Maintains and regularly tests working condition of safety equipment including fire alarm, emergency lighting, and intercom systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment.
  • Inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, seals, etc.
  • Have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques in order to determine exact problems and resolve them accordingly.
  • Plan and lay out repair work using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
  • Assist with repairs to Office and Production equipment. 
  • Changing filters on internal air-circulation units and air-conditioning units. 
  • Facility maintenance excluding mowing to include the removal or trash and snow.

QUALIFICATIONS

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by initiating contact with prospects, generating leads and sales, advancing client relationships, and coordinating outbound sales activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate initial contact with the prospect.
  • Generate interest in solutions through cold calling prospects.
  • Persuade prospects to set meeting with field sales team.
  • Set phone and field meetings for sales team to help close more deals.
  • Track and document the Sales process within the CRM system.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to develop proper contact campaigns and strategies.
  • Assist in administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Senior Accountant supports the total accounting function for the company by performing higher-level accounting duties such as financial reporting, monitoring lower-level activities such as Accounts Payable/Receivable activities performed primarily by other departmental staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.  Other duties may be required and assigned. More specifically, the person will:

  • Support most aspects of accounting management (billing, tax forms, reporting, etc).
  • Calculate and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP, including payroll, accruals, amortization, and expense allocations.
  • Fixed asset accounting including determining capitalization of assets, asset additions & disposals, reporting and depreciation calculations.
  • Perform monthly and annual closing processes such as sales reconciliations and payroll summaries.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts.
  • Assemble and provide necessary documentation to external auditors for the annual corporate audit.
  • Support the sales team with invoicing and truck title documentation and unit releases
  • Ad Hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Provide backup to AP and AR functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • General accounting knowledge in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in all departments.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time is essential.
